Our PGA professionals cater to your every need, helping you the entire way to plan your event. From professional shop prizes to million-dollar holes, our team is eager to help you. The Windermere culinary team and service staff strive to exceed your expectations and provide the ultimate guest experience. Our special events team will coordinate every detail for you. Whether you plan to host a fundraiser or corporate retreat, our dedicated cooperation will ensure that your golf outing is an outstanding success in the tradition of the Windermere Club

Dining with us at The Windermere Club can be a pleasure, especially for golf outings, where we can play host to groups from 50 to 250 in any of our indoor or outdoor venues. Of course, the most popular place for a post-event get together is our beautiful patio area overlooking our No. 18 fairway with Windermere Lake in the background - truly one of the area's most memorable settings. We are conveniently located, just minutes from the capital, but set apart from downtown's chaos and traffic.

We'll customize an event package to fit your occasion, group size, and budget. Nine or 18 holes, informal barbecue or sit-down dinner, it doesn't matter. Our event staff will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your event will send your guests away singing your praises.

Membership Overview

The Windermere Club has become one of the more respected multi-amenity clubs in South Carolina, drawing members and guests from all over the country. The golf course, designed by Pete and P.B. Dye, has received much attention due to its uniqueness in features. Consequently, The Windermere Club has had the honor of hosting many major tournaments for the Carolinas PGA, the South Carolina Golf Association, the Carolinas Golf Association, and the Society of Seniors. We have hosted such events as the South Carolina Open, the U.S. Amateur Qualifying, and the South Carolina Mid-Amateur Championship. We want to invite you to stop by our Pro Shop, located within the Clubhouse, and talk to one of our Golf Professionals.

In addition to our highly renowned golf course, our Clubhouse and other facilities have received much praise from our members and guests for their fine cuisine and friendly service. Our Clubhouse has a wonderful dining room that overlooks the No.18 fairway and beautiful Lake Windermere. The Banquet Room, located on the second floor, is available for private parties and business outings. Other Windermere Club privileges include the use of our Tennis Complex which offers six outdoor clay Hydro-Courts, two outdoor and four indoor Nova Sport surface courts. 

The Windermere Club offers many membership types including Full Privilege, Junior, Senior, Military, Clergy, and Social.
